Refund, Cancel and Return Policy

Once the Cab arrives at your doorstep or at the designated location, post that order would not be cancelled or refunded.

Kool Car Services will offer refund only if you inform us about the cancellation 60 minutes before the arrival time.

In addition, while booking through Kool Car Services website we urge you to confirm the cab type and pick up location.

If due to any unforeseen circumstances the order needs to be cancelled. The responsibility of intimating Kool Car Services of such refunds would lie with the customer.

Refunds from the Kool Car Services shall be only with respect to the face value of the service. We would not be refunding any processing fees.

Cancellation of the order before it’s shipped:

If any order is placed incorrectly and you would like it to be cancelled, you would need to inform us immediately. We will cancel the order and the refund would be processed within 7 to 10 working days.

Refund would be processed to the same account which was used for the purchase.

Once the refund is processed, we would request you to get in touch with your respective bank.

Incorrect Order placed and would like us to edit the order:

If an order is placed incorrectly and you would like us to edit the order, you would need to get in touch with us immediately.

We would not be able to make any changes to the order once the cab has left to pick you up.
